Pink Panda is an Australian-based small business selling handmade children's products. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and the relevant State or Territory in which we operate.

2. Products

All products sold on our website are handmade. Due to the handmade nature of our items, slight variations in colour, size, and appearance may occur between products. These variations are not defects and are part of the unique charm of handmade goods.

We make every effort to display product colours and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual colour of the product.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of your order will be the price you pay.

4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including stock availability.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. By providing your payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method.

An order confirmation email will be sent once your order has been successfully placed. This email constitutes our acceptance of your order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details on shipping methods, delivery times, and costs. Free shipping is available on orders of $70 or more within Australia.

6. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on returns, exchanges, and refunds. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by our refund policy.

7. Custom Orders

Custom and personalised orders are made to your specifications. Once production has commenced on a custom order, cancellations may not be possible. Custom orders are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or not as described, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

A quote will be provided before any custom order is confirmed. Production will only begin once the quote has been accepted and payment received.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, designs, and product photographs — is the property of Pink Panda and is protected by Australian copyright law under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth). You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

9. Privacy

We collect personal information necessary to process your orders and improve your shopping experience. We handle your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

Information collected may include your name, email address, shipping address, and payment details (processed securely by Stripe). For newsletter subscribers, we collect your email address with your consent and you may unsubscribe at any time.

10. Product Safety

Our products are designed with children's safety in mind. However, some items may contain small parts and may not be suitable for children under 3 years of age. Please check individual product descriptions for age recommendations. Adult supervision is recommended for young children.

Our products comply with the Australian Consumer Product Safety Standards where applicable.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pink Panda's liability for any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of our products is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product. This limitation does not apply to consumer guarantee rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
