Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $70 or more within Australia. For orders under $70, a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.95 applies.

Processing Time

As all our items are handmade with love, please allow 2 to 5 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched. During busy periods (such as Christmas, Easter, and school holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you if there are any delays.

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times within Australia are:

• Metro areas: 2-5 business days
• Regional areas: 5-8 business days
• Remote areas: 7-14 business days

Please note these are estimates only and delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and your location. Pink Panda is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or courier.

Shipping Carriers

We use Australia Post and other reputable carriers to deliver your orders. All parcels include tracking so you can follow your order from dispatch to delivery. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping

At this time, Pink Panda ships within Australia only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future. Please check back for updates.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if goods are not delivered within a reasonable time or arrive damaged.
